Prime rib they use is actually chuck eye cheaper cut aka " poor men's filet " Ordered the big size half of the meat was waaay too chewy for this sandwich purpose. Definitely NOT $16 worth quality.
Awesome restaurant. The best Potbelly I've ever been to. I love the interior. We could've sat outside under the umbrellas even though it was raining. Just tried the new Root Beer Float Shake & it was awesome.
