I used to love this location but I am in absolute disgusted at this point. I’ve been coming to this location for several years now. I’ve seen management hands change a bit lately and boy can you notice a negative difference. Employees used to be so upbeat, energized and full of life at this location. Things seemed to have flowed well for them and it showed through the service which is what made this store outstanding. However especially in recent months this seems to no longer be the case. This place always slaps. They have spicy peppers they will add to your sandwich, and they are far spicier and tastier than any pickled pepper combo offered at other sandwich shops
My family just went for lunch. My husband has a broken foot so I left him and our kid in the car with the air conditioning since it would be too complicated for all of us to go in. When I went in and was trying to order the lady taking the order didn’t believe I had a child in the car and said that my kid had to be with me. She then proceeded to talk down to me like I was lying about it. After ordering mine, my husband’s, and my child’s order, she then completely forgot my order and I had to wait longer for her to get to it.... read more
