They got rid of the flatbread I used to get my chicken salad sandwich on, but I noticed while ordering today it was on the menu, so I got excited and thought they brought it back. The woman who took my order told me they got rid of that a year ago. I nicely suggested maybe they just take tape and put over it so people know and she gave me a ton of attitude and said "easier said than done" Either teach your employees to say "you're right, I'll pass that on to leadership" or actually take it off the menu/cover it. I messed up my mobile order and when I called to fix it they were very nice about it. They were very polite and the subs were great. I’ll definitely be return to this location!
Not sure what others are complaining about. Pretty standard Potbelly's.
I've done pickup at this location twice now and each time was a mess. This time I ordered 20 minutes before I arrived. Still not ready when I arrived. When I asked, a short/two color haired woman behind the counter said they were working on it. She even asked my name, looked at some papers and said it was being made.
