MANAGERS ARE RUDE ASH… Grabbed the wrong order and was stopped on the way out.. My mistake.. But when confronted by one of the managers she made slick remarks like “does it say that name..” just being unnecessarily rude when I was nothing but nice to her.. Manager Madeline is RUDE! No time for good customer service. Made me the most disgusting chicken bacon sandwich with dry bread, 4 small slices of cold chicken, completely wilted lettuce and ends of tomatoes not to mention the disgusting slimy pickles, when I complained I got a major attitude and said she would remake, NO THANK YOU! No staff at the drive thru…When I went in to get my food I was not greeted and my food was in the pick up area ( I selected drive thru)-hence soup not being hot but like warm. This location is a dead zone I waited in the drive thru for 10mins and no one pulled up plus they always looked closed. I will not return.
Felt very rushed when I ordered even though nobody else was in line (I feel like I was ordering at a normal pace but I guess not fast enough). I also got gaslight by the lady that took my order when she gave me the wrong food to which she passively aggressively said that I never confirmed it with her and thats why it was messed up even though I did tell her. Miles behind the one in Pleasant Prairie. Highly recommend skipping this location and going to that one.
I want to keep coming back because this location is so close to my office but you guys skimp on the meat!
