I pulled in the drive-through to pick up my online order and was told to pull around in five minutes, so I waited five minutes and pulled back around. They told me it wasn’t ready yet. Still to pull back around in another five minutes or come inside, so I waited 10 minutes, then came in the drive-through and they told me “we’re not doing drive-through orders at the moment you have to come inside”. Terrible communication and customer service skills. Just went there this evening and my order was completely wrong. Employee kept constantly asking what toppings I wanted on my sandwich after I told her 3 times… which honestly didn’t bother me at all. And then when I got home and saw that I got a totally different sandwich from what I originally ordered. Also had a very nasty attitude when I asked her a simple question. But how can you ask three times what I want and still get the order wrong?!
We had questions that were answered. We were greated immediately. The food was great. My family loves eating here.
Fran was exceptionally helpful and genuinely kind, going above and beyond to assist with a warm and friendly demeanor. The staff overall were equally pleasant, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the food was impeccably clean and well-prepared, enhancing the overall experience. Their support was invaluable, making the visit truly enjoyable and leaving a lasting positive impression.
Never had bad sandwich until today. The meat was stringy and my bun was soggy. I will never go back.
