Owner got back to me and gave me a link that didn’t work
Workers don't seem to listen to your order, constantly re-asking what you order, and then they still get it wrong. Today it was missing tomatoes. Very unorganized. Pretty sure they gave me a mistake sub that they needed to get rid of. And a year after my first review and the place is WORSE. Sloppy sandwich construction, the one end of my sub was crushed and folded over on itself, asked for mayo and there was barely any on the sub. Gave this place one last chance, and it's horrible. Told me to go around 3 times for a mobile order only for me to get stuck behind a long line and having to wait for 10 mins horrible amd slow service food was gross as well
I forgot to pick up my daughter a lunch for her school trip and got to Potbelly 5 mins before closing time. They still took my order and were kind even though I’m sure they were ready to go! Thank you, Asia!
