Ordered an original italian for pickup they gave me a skinny for some reason and didn't put cheese and only 3 slices of meat. Basically paying for bread not worth it.
Sandwich had nothing but meat and bread
I placed an online order for a grilled chicken sandwich combo. I picked my order up from the drive thru and Wynn is who assisted with giving me my order. What should have been just a simple pick up... Wynn made it an awesome customer experience. His customer service is PHENOMENAL!! My sandwich is full of flavor and tastes great as usual. I love the pair with the Zapp's chips... I couldn't imagine having my order without it. The strawberry passion fruit refresher was REFRESHING! Thanks for being amazing!! I will be back!
I got to the store 12 minutes before they closed and there were three employees sitting around doing nothing. They told me that the ovens are off and that they wouldn't be able to help me.
