July 2026: 4⭐: I would recommend this sandwich shop location. I first encountered the potbelly chain while traveling in the airports around the country. This sandwich shop became my go-to location for my favorite sandwich, the Italian. Every now and again when I get a gift card I make sure at least one of the cards I get is for this restaurant and I find myself returning to enjoy my favorite sandwich until I exhaust the gift card that I was gifted to enjoy my favorite sandwich.
Was going to go back to say y’all forgot the tuna until I saw the smallest streak of tuna in the center. Very sad amount of toppings/condiments that did make it onto the sandwich and others forgotten entirely
Ordered an original italian for pickup they gave me a skinny for some reason and didn't put cheese and only 3 slices of meat. Basically paying for bread not worth it.
