1st time trying Potbelly. Pictures online look alot bigger and better than what it really is. I ordered the primerib steak sandwich. The bread and cheese was toasted and melted but the meat was cold (fridge cold) Meatball sandwich was made good. Not impressive but they were tasty.
This is my third time here getting a sandwich. Everything as far as the sandwiches is fine. However, the customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen when it comes to being upbeat, professional, and courteous. Specifically, Curtis on three different occasions I have came to this location and I can’t get someone to even greet me. This has to be a joke. This is my order after ordering on door dash. I don’t understand why people are so damn lazy.
I got a sandwich and I just wanted the regular toppings that came on it and for some reason they loaded my sandwich with every topping they offer imaginable, and shorted me on the prime rib meat there that I was actually excited to try. Idk why they didn't use any common sense there:(
