Every time I come to this location, the food takes an unusually long time, even when I place an order online ahead of time. I’ve also noticed that the employees seem to work very slowly and don’t appear to be very attentive or concerned about getting orders out in a timely manner. Watching the food being prepared while waiting makes the experience even more frustrating. I hope management can address the slow service and improve the overall efficiency of this location.
Just about enjoying the Prime rib steak sandwiches, something came out from Oreo shake drink and inside shows it too. I may of drank a bit too.
I went there the other day inside to order and it’s been MONTHS since i’ve been to a PB. It took me a while to know what to order and how I would like my sandwich. But the two girls were VERY patient and helped me order! They are patient, kind and very friendly. This is now my fav place to order from!

This sandwich shop became my go-to location for my favorite sandwich, the Italian. Every now and again when I get a gift card I make sure at least one of the cards I get is for this restaurant and I find myself returning to enjoy my favorite sandwich until I exhaust the gift card that I was gifted to enjoy my favorite sandwich.
