I got to the store 12 minutes before they closed and there were three employees sitting around doing nothing. They told me that the ovens are off and that they wouldn't be able to help me.
VERY rude staff! I entered that shop the guy in there looked me in the eye after I said hi and smiled and didn’t say a word. Then proceed to ignore me even though the store was empty!!! Then he asked me what do I need as if I harmed him in any kinda way. Very bitter
1st time trying Potbelly. Pictures online look alot bigger and better than what it really is. I ordered the primerib steak sandwich. The bread and cheese was toasted and melted but the meat was cold (fridge cold) Meatball sandwich was made good. Not impressive but they were tasty.
This is my third time here getting a sandwich. Everything as far as the sandwiches is fine. However, the customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen when it comes to being upbeat, professional, and courteous. Specifically, Curtis on three different occasions I have came to this location and I can’t get someone to even greet me.
