I did not like the quality of my sandwich and this isn't the first time but this will be the last time I go to this location. I asked for extra tomato and they gave me two weird top pieces that should be thrown away along with one regular slice. If this potbelly can't afford to give a normal slice of tomato and not a garbage piece then they should close. I feel like this is unacceptable and speaks to what they feel is acceptable. They need to work on their communication. I made a few mistakes in this situation as well but their lack of organization and professionalism set me over the edge. I accidentally ordered from the wrong location. This was my fault. I work in this area, it defaulted to this location. I thought I changed my location but it was set to Joliet and I wasn’t aware.
