Waited ten minutes for an app order and then was told they weren’t sure when they could get to making my three sandwiches. She said at least 25-30 minutes. Confused as to why that long as I could have gotten in line and it would not have taken that long…so I asked to cancel my order and was told “I wrote it down and will take care of it”. So now I’m suppose to wait for a refund based on trust with no record…not sure how this operation is working
Terrible service. Had me wait 11 minutes for a single turkey sandwich while the order was ready and there was literally no one else in the store but me! The employee was very rude and unprofessional. The order was sitting right there while he went off to make another order. Didn’t greet upon entry or bother to apologize after negligence. At this point I’m kind of surprised that he didn’t just shrug his shoulders and tell me “It is what it is”.
