Why is it so difficult to get good service at this location? Just went through the drive thru, my order was wrong. Tried calling no one answers the phone, get it together. Either drive thru is closed, lines take too long, or wrong orders are given out. I'm call shortly when you decide to answer your phones, I need a refund, won't be returning. Fix your location, Westmont location has been through so many Gms, poor customer service altogether.
Not once have I left this place without a problem. Either the order is wrong or the staff is rude lazy and almost bothered that they have to make sandwiches.
This potbelly was amazing ! Food was fantastic and the staff was so nice ! A hidden gem for sure
