Service was not the best, they could improve

I’m always really impressed with the customer service, everyone is very kind and my sub was perfect! Thank you!
Cleanliness is… My top priority when I look for places to eat. No matter how good the food is- if I’m risking illness- I don’t want it. I witnessed one of the male workers drop a pair of gloves on the floor, and place them non-chalantly back into the box. FOR FURTHER USE? That’s disgusting. He was kind enough, but it was clear he had not bathed over a few days due to the strength of his odor. Not sure if I’ll be back.
