I ordered a chicken sandwich through the app for pick up and mid sandwich it was pink raw chicken!!!!! First of all they didn’t even put enough chicken in the sandwich so I thought it would be safe, no. The only chicken in there looked cooked on the outside and taste like raw fat i threw up. I called and they said they’d refund but I used my reward points to get the sandwich…. They didn’t care and sounded like they were laughing on the phone. If I’m sick by tomorrow morning trust me YOU WILL BE DEALT WITH. I FEEL SICK

This place was filthy, Noone cleaned the tables, the help was unfriendly and arrogant, all 3 women stood around talking, that location needs new management, originally it was a nice place. These young people are destroying it.

They need to come up with a better pick up or delivery system everytime I order there’s always something missing usually don’t do reviews but maybe this will help there team on providing better or come up with a system to make sure no items are missing whenever someone orders delivery or rapid pick up. I understand mistakes happen but it seems like everytime I place an order for pick up or even delivery something always missing

My husband and I were eating our meal and a lady from Potbelly's got into an argument with a customer. The customer called her a retard and she kept repeating the word. It was just rude to put other customers in a position to have to keep hearing that.
