Long wait line..during peak time such lunch time management should have additional people working ... you have over work people dealing with people inside and food delivering picks ups.
Kid manager can't even manage to put meat in the sandwich let alone read a receipt.
For Potbelly, the sandwich was just average, and they forgot to add the avocado. However, the tables were sticky and not very clean, which made the experience less pleasant than it could be. The service was okay, but a bit slow for a fast-food style place. I hope they improve the cleanliness because the food itself is usually worth coming back for.
Always short staffed. Waited 40 minutes for my mobile order. ***Tip: just order in person, you'll get your order before the mobile orders. ( I saw 12 in person orders being fulfilled while the the mobile order queue was backed up to 12 orders on the screen).
