Decided to do an online order and ordered Italian and Steak one. Also, added some toppings. Unfortunately, sandwiches were NOT toasted and were missing things. Instead of caramelized onions regular onions were put in and steak sandwich was missing cheese which is not an extra topping but a base. Okay, maybe I can understand the substitution. BUT TO LEAVE AN ONION SHELL IN THE SANDWICH??!!!! made it whole lot worse. In general, an unpleasant experience for someone who tried Potbelly for the first time.
They always get my salad wrong. Always missing items. Either they give me grapes when I ask for no grapes, they forget to include extra items I ask to be included or they forget to give dressing.

Ordered a sandwich with some a decent amount of toppings, my usual order, its missing mustard, pickles, hot peppers, oil, vinegar, and seasoning. So they put on three of the toppings I wanted and nothing else. Very frustrating
I ordered a sandwich and they put giardiniera and they put so much of it that I couldn’t eat it. I threw it away and basically threw my money away. I will not be going here anymore, I’ll move to Subway.
