Hi I went into this potbelly this morning, & they gave me bad service. I ordered grilled chicken & cheddar & comes that the chicken was frozen had to wait. I told them 3 sandwiches & they had only put 2 that I was going to have to wait extra time so I left!
I requested no cheese on my salad. They put cheese on it, but neglected to provide the walnuts for it. I had to ask. They had an out of order sign on the fountain drink machine and told us we had to choose a drink from the refrigerator. They then charged us the full price for those drinks, rather than the fountain drink price. But, other customers came behind us and used the machine. Yet, the put of order sign was still on the machine. Unfair, sneaky tactics. We won’t go back.
After specifically requesting no Mushrooms they still put it in on an online order. Order delayed and food was extremely cold.
