I haven’t actually been inside of this location, but my experience with potbelly was from the urgent care next door last month. I was experiencing a series of blood sugar lows during my visit, so the team at the urgent care ran to Potbelly to get liquid sugar for me, and the potbelly team was so kind to offer a free cup of Coca Cola, which helped save me from a severe medical emergency. Thank you so much!
I cannot say enough good things about the staff working on 3/18/2026. I work next door and had a coworker with low blood sugar. The staff working gave us a free large coke and sugar cookies and asked for nothing in return. I cannot thank your staff enough for being as helpful and kind as they were. Thank you again, I highly recommend this location!
Review written 02/26/2026. Bag was missing fountain drink cup, bag was missing utensils, and sandwich was okay Then when I told them that drink was missing, they handed me a regular size, no I paid for a large lol So be sure to check your bag to see if it matches what you ordered online
Walked in and was immediately met with the smell of sewage. Employee who took initial order was nice. The other employees appeared to be sick...yuck! Stay home! Got my sandwich and the turkey was greasy and cold despite being toasted. Couldn't even finish my sandwich. This is pretty concerning as it indicates a problem with the toaster.
