The manager was extremely disrespectful and cursed out me And my friend when we sat down to eat.
Food was sub par. I have had better potbelly sandwiches at other locations. Staff were very disrespectful and unprofessional towards multiple costumers including myself.
They were very busy, but everything was made right and was good.
I was a regular at the original Potbelly on Lincoln avenue in Lincoln Park. I always ordered the meatball sandwich, two giant delicious meatballs on Italian bread, smothered in sauce and loaded with cheese. I miss them. So, I haven't been here in a few years, ordered a meatball sandwich.. bad bad choice. It was probably the worst meatball sandwich I've ever had in my life, I couldn't even finish it, and decided to give the rest to my dog since that's what it tasted like. Just awful .
