I placed a delivery order on Monday to be delivered Tuesday at 11:45 AM for a corporate lunch meeting. At 11:47 AM—still no food—so I called the Potbelly location. I was told the order had been ready but was just sitting there because they didn’t have a driver to deliver it. The manager said she would call me back in five minutes. Fifteen minutes passed—no call. I called back again, and she repeated that no driver had picked up the order. This place never has my lunch order on time and it sucks because my lunch time is very limited. Please change the software in terms of the "guaranteed time" because its rarely guarenteed
These workers suck. I don’t understand why half a sandwich took 30 minutes to make with no other customers in the store. Then they just throw my order on the counter when finished. Whoever works Mondays @3pm should all be fired. None of them know what they’re doing and are super rude. I’m super pregnant and they saw me waiting for so long without asking me anything.
We ordered 2 soups, 1 Mac n cheese, 2 sandwiches and 4 shakes......it has been 44 minutes and still no food to be seen......terrible customer service.
Great staff, great food, and a great atmosphere! Came here with a buddy and I gotta say we had a great time and some great and sandwiches
