I normally love Potbelly but this location is incredibly disappointing. They frequently make orders super late, even if you pre-order way ahead of time. I’ve waited 30+ minutes for a single item I ordered beforehand. They also keep making my order wrong when no order Potbelly location has done this with the same order. The restaurant is incredibly dirty and poorly maintained. Worst Potbelly ever
The staff was nice and the food is phenomenal as always.
Went on a Sat at 3:00. We were the only ones there. Every single table was dirty. The floors filled with scattered food. Bathroom was disgusting as was the front door and windows. Maybe they had a rush right before but either way it was a huge turn off and if this is what the dining area looked liked I can only guess the state of the kitchen was the same. Meatball and BBQ sandwiches were mush. Ick!
I ordered through their app. I requested no chicken or apple on my salad due an allergy. Both were on my salad. I called the store 12 times and no one picked up.
