I would recommend Potbelly at this location to anyone who is exploring the streets near the Lincoln Park Zoo. The sandwiches are amazing especially the new Prime Rib Steak Sandwich was the best. The milkshakes were also satisfying and of high quality. The kids menu was also pretty decent. Staff were pretty friendly and professional.
Food ok but why are the workers so unkind? They were so rude, especially the young lady at the counter helping with payment.

Very friendly staff and patient as my daughter's were complicating things with their order choices LOL Friendliness goes a long way.
