Really disappointed with the pick up service and the unhelpful staff that work at this location. We waited 30 min for our pick up order and no one was able to answer or help with questions. The mac and cheese was cold and they did not include any of the requested utensils or napkins.
THEY NEED TO FIRE ALL MANAGEMENT! THEY ALL LIKE TO ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMERS. BRITNEY TALKS RUDLEY TO CUSTOMERS AND WILL ARGUE A OLD LADY DOWN! THE NEW GM BECAUSE SHE MAKES IT KNOWN IT IS HER STORE TALKS TO THE EMPLOYEES LIKE THEY ARE HER KIDS. SHE HAS NO RESPECT OR REGARDS TO ANY ONE SITUATION. I have been coming to this location since it opened. You guys have a great staff other that the new big wig manager named mo. She is so rude to her workers. It’s like she is trying to embarrass the staff in front of the guest. The staff is always greeting me. And they have always been very friendly and helpful. I always dread coming here. The other day a lady named Tae spoke to me like I was a nuisance when I asked about their cookies.. usually Potbelly's has such good customer service but I've run into two people with an attitude at this shop and on separate occasions- one of the women was apparently GM. When I order from this shop sometimes they forget items and napkins. Would not recommend for families.
