How has this place not been closed down by the health department. And the stench at the front door is horrible.
Worst experience ever
Great food, I have never been to a place where the staff cares less. Maybe I’m an idiot, but I feel genuinely confused about how to order a sandwich when the staff refuses to take ur order. If you hate humans consider working here
$15 for a wrap and chips and still hungry after. Potbelly seems to be following in the same footsteps as Panera - smaller portions, higher prices. Also, the music in the lobby was way too loud. Does not create an environment that's conducive for people to work / stay in the lobby longer.
If I can give this place a 0 I would . I came on Monday to get myself a sandwich and a shake . When the young man with long hair and glasses gave me his shake he wasn’t wearing any gloves ? How are you going to put a cookie on my shake with no gloves . I been sick to myself constantly running to the bathroom . They need to be cleaner .
