I ordered a pizza sandwich with a cup of Mac and all the toppings were missing. Very disappointing, Mac was missing the bacon I paid extra for and the sandwich was missing all the extra toppings I selected. Safe to say my meal was bland and missing all the flavor.
Absolutely wonderful tasting sandwiches as well as service. Couldn't be happier with this place and the kind service workers. Easy accessible local sub shop. is my go to lunch choice most days im around
The employee lady had an attitude for no apparent reason. She became upset when I was ready to place my order. Then, she proceeded to mess up my order by giving me only half a sandwich when I had ordered two originals. She then got angry when she had to remake them. It was terrible customer service.
Everybody who've ive encountered that works there has been very polite and sweet. Customer service went beyond my expectation in a good way. My only grievance is, that, when I do an app pick up order, its 9 times out of 10 not what I asked for and instructions seems to ignored. I recently bought the apple walnut salad, bc of the recent news articles about lettuce i.optrd out even getting lettuce. Just getting fruit and nuts for a snack later. Plus I only 1 complete apple slice, sliced into four pieces.
