The employees need a lesson in sandwich making. Both sandwiches were sloppily thrown together and had a pathetic portion. The chicken salad didn’t even cover the whole sandwich and there were very few veggies. The bread was also very hard. Sadly I won’t be coming back to this location.

While the ordering experience leaves something to be desired, the food absolutely knocked it out of the park. If I ever return to the Windy City, I’ll be sure to come again.

Food was amazing the place is clean and nice the only complaint I have is the heavy set black lady with the long dress who wears her hat backwards is very rude my wife is partially blind and she was asking the lady what comes on the sandwiches and she rudely said well if you look up it will show you she explained to the lady she can’t see that far and she rolled her eyes at my wife she’s very unprofessional other then that the food is amazing

Staff were extremely rude. There were only 2 other customers in there so I don’t understand why it was such a hassle to make a sandwich. They also burned the bread and added so many peppers that i couldn’t even eat it. I had already left the area when I realized the kind of sandwich they gave me so I couldn’t even get a refund.

The best tuna sandwich ever. The bread was great as well. I’ve been to different locations where the bread is hard after while. Tuna was moist the workers were fast and gave great customer service. The whole atmosphere was amazing. !!!
