Horrible customer service. I came in to order. They made my sandwich then when I asked for the 2nd sandwich (BOGO) they informed me I had to place the order online. I did as they requested and they told me I had to wait. They had literally just made the sandwich when I was in line. I asked for a refund & they refused to give me a refund & called the police!
Very crowded when we were there, full of loud, rude people. The folks behind the counter were crabby, not helpful, and I hate to say it, sullen. Maybe it was a bad vibe for people who just wanted to get a sandwich and eat it in peace. The sandwiches tasted ok, but were rather thrown together and messy to eat. We will NEVER go back to that location, even though it's close to home. The sandwiches aren't economical or tasty enough to warrant the atmosphere or attitude.
Got a steak rib sandwich and it was bland AND dry. Got an italian sandwich and it had no oil, mayo, and looked inedible. My friend didn’t even want it. The sandwich maker had an attitude which I let slide …I understand how the industry works. Customers can be a lot, maybe she had a long day. But to give me a garbage product that I paid for is insane. I can accept a bad attitude, but a bad attitude AND wildly underwhelming food is where I draw the line. So wack and I hope yall get it together.
