Food was amazing the place is clean and nice the only complaint I have is the heavy set black lady with the long dress who wears her hat backwards is very rude my wife is partially blind and she was asking the lady what comes on the sandwiches and she rudely said well if you look up it will show you she explained to the lady she can’t see that far and she rolled her eyes at my wife she’s very unprofessional other then that the food is amazing

Staff were extremely rude. There were only 2 other customers in there so I don’t understand why it was such a hassle to make a sandwich. They also burned the bread and added so many peppers that i couldn’t even eat it. I had already left the area when I realized the kind of sandwich they gave me so I couldn’t even get a refund.

The best tuna sandwich ever. The bread was great as well. I’ve been to different locations where the bread is hard after while. Tuna was moist the workers were fast and gave great customer service. The whole atmosphere was amazing. !!!

This Potbelly is the slowest I have ever been to, and I FREQUENT Potbelly. On top of that they frequently mess up the toppings even though you are standing there directly telling them what toppings to put on.
