Love Potbelly, this location is terrible. The sandwiches where made poorly but a least they had serious attitudes to round out the experience.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Not only was my bag open when I went to pick up my order (I should have known right then and there things were off already), but when I got home to finally eat my meal, much to my surprise, SOMEONE had taken a bite out of my sandwich… and guess what reader, it wasn’t me!!!!!!!!!! that’s just disgusting. highly unsanitary. truly wild behavior.
The sandwich was good but unfortunately the customer service was awful. It was my first time trying Potbelly and the lady taking the orders was rude and looked annoyed by me. Then, the woman preparing my sandwich also had a bad attitude. The only polite employee was the cashier. If you’re going to work in customer service, have the right skills to attend people.

Bad experience not only was I ignored but I can clearly hear the unprofessional worker joke about the situation Iman was rude and the crew was not helpful at all it’s about 3:40 pm and I will never visit this place again
