I did an online order.my food was just laying on the counter.my food was not how I ordered it. I don't understand how they can not read the list. However I have tried this place before and still the same thing. I promise i will not return.

**HUGE shoutout to ALL the staff at this location!** Seriously! Their service is impeccable, even during crazy BOGO days like today. I hope their manager knows this already about them. Every single one of them is on hustle mode and it shows. I am new to the Potbelly’s game and I am not ashamed. Today I decided to try the meatball sub and of course my favorite tuna, and WOW! I went into potbelly today expecting a chill relaxed atmosphere like i typically get and found out I chose to come on a day when there was a promotion and several catering orders. The staff was VISIBLY working their absolute hardest and pumping out what looked like around 100 sandwiches, but they were so friendly and helpful and were joking and laughing with us while we ordered our sandwiches. very disappointing experience. This was a pickup order, yet I was asked to tip not once, but twice. The first time I ignored it because I didn’t think tipping was expected for a pickup order. Then, when I was paying, I was told that I needed to leave a tip. Asking customers for a tip is one thing, but making them feel pressured is another.
