I usually have my lunch here and almost always go for a sandwich. I’ve tried the grilled chicken, Mediterranean chicken, all veggie, tuna, and a few others—they all taste great. One Original-sized sandwich is filling enough for a full meal. I’m planning to explore other menu options soon.
To the Management Team, I am writing to formally document a highly negative experience I had at your location within The Mart. Every time we are going to a meeting or event at the Merchandise Market , we stop in here for lunch. The food is fresh.The employees are fast and the location is clean. Everything that you would want in a potbelly location. We like to order the wreck, but, get light oil and the gardiniera on the side. Pay attention to the pictures on the tables. That give you the history of the location. Very interesting.
Monday 10/13 around 1:45 I ordered a pair 2 of a skinny Avo turkey sandwich and a soup. I was asked what I wanted on my sandwich and provided extras outside of what is listed on the menu that is included. I had to say my soup again and was given attitude. I brought my sandwich back to my office and had a turkey and mayo sandwich, NOTHING ELSE was included. The two ladies that helped me were rude, had an attitude and had horrible customer service and couldn’t even make the sandwich correct.
