My girl orders us food online. I grab the food and leave. No one tells me my drink cup is in the sealed bag. I go back after I’ve read the bag realizing she got a drink. They give me a cup. I get all the way home and realize only my sandwich is in the bag. I go back again to find the sandwich was on the counter and did not make it into the sealed bag. I recognize by this time it was 3pm and you were closing but I got there at 2pm initially and the poor attention to detail wasted 1hour of my time. There’s no reason to be rude... read more

If there was a way to put zero stars I would put zero stars. My coworker was nice enough to order me a veggie melt today because I got him and another coworker of ours a 6 dollar meal deal from dunkin, the lady that was preparing the sandwich asked what I wanted on it I said red wine vinegar, she then put no other vegetables on it, it was actually bread, cheese two slices of avocado and a few pieces of mushroom. It was the saddest vegetable sandwich I have ever had in my life. I don't understand how some people in this world... read more

I placed an online veggie melt while sitting at a nearby table. It was empty, and per the app, I was supposed to pick it up at the pick up area. I kept checking and it wasn’t there. I had clicked “I’m here” in the app. My food was just sitting in the back and not in the pick up area. Instead of a veggie melt, I got a veggie cold.

I usually have my lunch here and almost always go for a sandwich. I’ve tried the grilled chicken, Mediterranean chicken, all veggie, tuna, and a few others—they all taste great. One Original-sized sandwich is filling enough for a full meal. I’m planning to explore other menu options soon.
