I had a really disappointing experience here I'm already dealing with a lot personally, and the employee bad attitude just made things worse. She seemed angry and took it out me which made for a very uncomfortable visit. I was close to leaving because of her tone. It's really not okay to treat customers that way, especially when you don't know what they're going through. I posted photo of her with bandana on head. She’s rude
Food was fine however I couldn't get past the unkept bathroom. It was super dirty around sink, pee on seat and unflushed. On the wall was the maintenance chart for employees and it hadn't been touched in three days. Feels very unsanitary
The service from tj was extremely unprofessional was clearly off something and high taking my order. Whoever is his manager needs to fire him!!!
Solid food. I got the BLTA (BLT + avocado) and, I'll admit, went in with average expectations. I'm a big avocado guy, but I didn't expect avocado to go well with the applewood smoked bacon. Surprisingly, it worked really well.
The food and staff at this Potbelly location are fantastic! Doug, the manager, was especially friendly and made my visit even better. I just wish this Potbelly was in my neighborhood!
