There was a misunderstanding in the ordering process but Alex was very courteous and made it right. Overall experience was a pleasant one, we will definitely be back thanks to his great customer service.

This location is a suprise like always. The service is par one of the server was polite. While the other two were rude and arrogant for no reason. Like u work at Potbelly why u acting like u work at Burberry or something. I'll stick to the Wicker Park location. The sandwhich on the other hand was ok. The best part was the chips from Zapp's. 🥪
