Sandwich is always ready on time or early. Never had any issue with my sandwiches. Place is clean

Price increases again, little disappointing. Update. More price increases. I just come less often. Still good sandwich.
I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service today. I ordered with the app at 7:00 PM, and after a long wait, the order was canceled. For some reason, they placed a second order 15 minutes later. Even though a driver was waiting for the food, they suddenly canceled that order as well at 8:30 PM.
I went to pick up an order almost 10 minutes ago and it still wasn't ready. When I asked about it, the guy with glasses justified it by saying the printed order said it could take until 2:40 PM, which I find absurd. There were no other customers, and they didn't have any pending orders. He wasn't even alone, The order was in the name of Dante S and of course I cancelled it, what a shame
