I love Potbelly but this location is subpar. I tried it once and had a poor experience but tried it again because I so enjoy Potbelly. Unfortunately, I had the same experience: a poorly prepared sandwich from an indifferent staff and music that was way too loud. I won’t be back to this location.
On several occasions, myself and my coworkers were treated rudely. The only time i've had a polite encounter is when the manager is present. I didn't understand this notion until a staff member decided to tell my coworker that police business was not welcome there. She continued to express her dislike for Law Enforcement all together. Rude employee
Staff cannot follow order directions. Continuously get the wrong orders or wrong ingredients from this location. Disappointed and annoyed
