Great sandwich. Soup, and salad stop in downtown Chicago. I saw the HOT sign and I wanted my food temperature hot not spicy hot and I got it! Nice place. While we were there waiting for our order pick up an employee was cleaning the tables. So it’s nice to see they are actively trying to keep the area clean. Guy that was making the sandwiches was very attentive and offered respectful customer service
Usually the service here is good but today it was atrocious. I wait for about 5 minutes to be acknowledged. No big deal, dude is busy. When he finally does ask what I want I start to say my order and he starts to walk away as he mumbles. It’s loud in there and I can’t make out what he is saying. “Excuse me?” I ask. Continues to walk away mumbling, never looking at me and expecting his words to somehow reach me as he walks in the opposite direction. The manager is great, I love the services. I have never had any issues. Some misunderstanding but great customer services. My office and I will continue to order for our meetings.
Come here frequently on lunch break. The workers are so friendly and the food is amazing. Never any issues.
