Very disappointed in my sandwich today. Ordered a BLTA to-go and when it came time for toppings, I asked for mayonnaise in addition to the typical components of the BLTA. When I returned to my desk, I opened my sandwich to find bread, bacon, and mayonnaise. None of the other components of the BLTA. What on earth?
Great sandwich. Soup, and salad stop in downtown Chicago. I saw the HOT sign and I wanted my food temperature hot not spicy hot and I got it! I chose A Wreck with roast beef, turkey, hickory ham salami and hold the Swiss cheese. Excellent choice C I also grabbed an unsweet tea. Passing on the CicaCola® fountain drinks and chips. Nice place. While we were there waiting for our order pick up an employee was cleaning the tables. So it’s nice to see they are actively trying to keep the area clean. Guy that was making the sandwiches was very attentive and offered respectful customer service
Usually the service here is good but today it was atrocious. I wait for about 5 minutes to be acknowledged. No big deal, dude is busy. When he finally does ask what I want I start to say my order and he starts to walk away as he mumbles. It’s loud in there and I can’t make out what he is saying. “Excuse me?” I ask. Continues to walk away mumbling, never looking at me and expecting his words to somehow reach me as he walks in the opposite direction. The manager is great, I love the services. I have never had any issues. Some misunderstanding but great customer services. My office and I will continue to order for our meetings.
