Every single time I come here and order a salad I’m asked to step down to the front of the line (as it doesn’t need to cook, this should mean my transaction should be fast everytime) so I do and nothing for 15 minutes until I speak up. No one has been making anything. Every. Single. Time. Without. Fail. The hot food comes out faster than the cold here. Make it make sense!
I ordered online today. I got to the location about 10 min before my scheduled time. The line to order had about 15 people in it. Very crowded and busy lunch rush hour. I didn't see my name on the screen, so I took a seat at the table to wait. The young lady behind the register asked if I was waiting for a pick-up and asked my name. She couldn't find it in the pick-up orders. The order dropped in their system like 1 minute later. I waited maybe 8-10 minutes after that for my food to be prepared.
