TERRIBLE STAFF. Had a medical emergency and desperately needed a restroom. 4 others and I were in line banging on the doors for both stalls. After 20 minutes one person finally leaves the stall. Everyone else realized the other person has still been in the stall and they all leave, then one of my friends continues to knock on the other stall for another 10 minutes. Called to check on the status of a refund I was supposed to to receive . Originally was told that manager would refund the charge when they were in . That was almost two weeks ago . Called in to check , manager answered and just transferred me to an automated machine . The lack of communication of at least letting me know I would be transferred and to begin with they could have did it from the original date . Worse customer service let alone from a manager . I do not recommend ordering from online at this location .
Shrinkflation has struck again. I spent $15 on a bread sandwich and soup special. Meat is cut paper thin barely there sandwich.
