I been coming here for yeas this new crew is always looking for a new job bring stormy back she was the best I guess since we work in same building the think they don’t have to say how can I help you I’m very particular with my food don’t want nobody talking over it unless have to maybe they over work but it not my fault it plenty people looking for job this the 2026 year and I just rather go to other one the 13 min walk they way nicer
I ordered Italian sandwiches with vegetables in them, (lettuce, tomatoes etc.) but they did not give us any vegetables in any of them. Not a single one. I saw them making the sandwiches and did not see them put any vegetables in it. When I asked if they had put vegetables in the sandwiches, they claimed that they did. There is only meat in the sandwiches. The bread was also very hard to bite because it was hard.
Sandwich was fine, service was shit. Rude employees & 1 of the 2 bathrooms was locked & despite my mentioning the open one was low on toilet paper, she just said “ok, thank you” but I didn’t see her go in there in the 15 min I was there.
Really enjoyed my Mama’s Meatball sandwich. Adding the hot peppers and seasoning as recommended was a good idea. In terms of fast food I’ve had whilst in the US I really rate Potbelly’s highly. Surprised to see a lot of poor reviews!
