I ordered two milkshakes and a steak sandwich but as always the milkshake machine was down. The sandwich was barely filled and pretty mediocre for the price I paid. I tried to get a refund but the staff were super rude and doubting about the milkshakes or the sandwich quality. They won’t get me a refund. Worst Potbelly in the city.
worst experience ever. Staff are EXTREMELY RUDE! The manager hates her life and genuinely takes it out on others. Horrible customer service. I got kicked out for checking out the wall art carved/drawn by others by the table. Extremely unnecessary and uncalled for. Avoid this place at ALL costs. Someone needs to replace that manager asap!
I ordered through Door Dash. My sandwich was dry, with only meat and dry bread. They didn't provide the shake I ordered as well. Absolutely not worth it.
This place is the most incompetent restaurant I’ve ever experienced. The workers hate their life and take it out on everyone that comes in. They wouldn’t make my milkshake that I ordered and denied me a refund or a swap out. Do not ever come to this establishment unless you want your day ruined.
