It really depends on who is working. They have some really responsible employees who put forth effort. They also have a some employees who put forth minimal effort , complain about customers loudly, swear loudly, and/or are passive aggressive. Employees affect the food, service, and atmosphere. The good employees make this place a 4, thr bad ones a 2. Hence the 3 rating.
Food came in late and i didnt get my shake. Shake wasnt listed as out of stock in website but they ran out. When i asked for refund the person ignored me. Terrible.
Worst service in the area. Wasn’t busy and the girls were just standing around talking not working.
Slowest service in the world, food not ready when app says it is (waited 30+ mins and still not ready), and incompetent staff. Do not order here
