We went to Potbelly's for lunch and the service was fast. The staff were friendly. The atmosphere was ok and the restaurant while there was a lot of things was clean. We had the fireball sandwich and a skinny Cuban. Both were amazing. Toasted to perfection and the flavors were great. The pork was tender and the mustard wasnt overpowering it was just right. The fireball was no joke, spicy and delicious. Safe to say our new favorite sandwich shop. Only wish we had one closer to home.

Saturday night staff don’t wear hairnets, I got African American hair in my food
Placed an order online that took over 30 minutes to prepare. Staff was rude and my sandwich wasn’t even warm.
