Saturday night staff don’t wear hairnets, I got African American hair in my food
Placed an order online that took over 30 minutes to prepare. Staff was rude and my sandwich wasn’t even warm.
Picked up an online order and got the sicilian sandwich it's a pretty messy sandwich because when I got it the paper wax wasn't enough to contain the marinara sauce unfortunately for online orders they don't give you napkins or spoons or straws for your drink I would think common sense would warrant a straw for your drink or a spoon for the soup but guess not. Now I gotta eat my hot soup with my bare hands a shame really
Stopped in for lunch and was not satisfied. Ordered 2 skinny sandwiches, one was apart of the $7.99 combo the other was apart of the pick-a-pair deal. Neither sandwich was toasted, the bread on both was not fresh (grainy/ broken apart) everything inside of the sandwiches fell out. The bread also had a weird taste (moldy). The toppings seemed to be wilted and old (the kept temperature could be a factor in this, as it was hot inside of the establishment).
