Drive thru was really fast!
How do you possibly mess a sandwich up smdh chicken salad sandwich put everything in want on it but the chicken salad wow
I arrived at Potbelly at 5:05 on a Saturday night. As I approached the door, the posted Saturday hours were until 5pm. The door was unlocked, so I went in. I asked if they were closed and was told no, open until 5:15. Ordered my sandwich. It was made perfectly. At check out. I apologized for not realizing the time. Staff said no problem. Thank you Potbelly for a great sandwich and being so understanding.
Bad Customer service specially the male at the register Thursday 5/21 lunchtime rudeness is out of control and useless for new customers for him to say “now you know how it works” when i was asking questions with an attitude; this really ruined my meal! Unfortunate to have this type of individuals working in customer service industry!
3 times uber and 3 times they mess up the order. One time i got a piece of the soup plastic poutch in my soup. Missing parts of order. Good thing uber refunds. Avoid this place until they have better staff. They probably wont be around for long
