I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Potbelly Sandwich Shop. I ordered a salad and was shocked when I opened the container to find brown, wilted lettuce — including chunks of the lettuce core mixed in. It was visibly old and completely unappetizing. No customer should be served produce that looks like it should have been thrown out hours (if not days) ago. I politely asked if they could remake the salad with fresh lettuce. The WORST POTBELLY EVER. Order was made COMPLETELY WRONG just got meat, cheese & bread. I would give them zero stars. I’ll never be coming back.
