Hard to find until realizing inside the Illinois center. Food was quick and tasty, with a cozy atmosphere.
I’ve had multiple poor experiences at this Potbelly location, where my order has been incorrect several times. I typically order a Chicken Club, which is very simple, but ingredients are often missing, sometimes the chicken, sometimes the bacon. Today, the sandwich was missing the bacon. When I asked for a refund rather than waiting for them to remake part of my order, the staff told me they could not issue one. Walked in 25 minutes before closing and was told they have no sandwiches they’re not making any more food The employees clearly just wanted to get home early If your business is open till 6 PM you should be serving food and take orders until 6 PM
TWENTY DOLLARS for a 6-inch sandwich and a tiny "bowl" of soup. No chips, no drink. And the cream base in the potato soup was sour. Never again. The price- gouging in Chicago is out of control. I'm done.
