My sandwich was not that good, I was going to eat there, but the place was really smelly and unclean, there were only 2 clients and me. May be they need to improve the food, cleaning and customer service. I recommend it @Potbelly. Thank you

I dont usually leave a review but i came in on my lunch and its probably the 3rd time i’ve come in and usually the service is great. This time i was trying one of the new sandwiches and they let it sit for a couple mins after it was finished. Off the conveyer belt. Mine got crushed because they were starting to get backed up. I ordered one sandwich and was told it would take 5–7 minutes, but I ended up waiting 45 minutes. The staff was rude and unhelpful when I asked about my order. The sandwich didn’t taste good, and it was prepared without gloves, which was very concerning. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place.

I placed an order through Uber eats for a meatball sub. The didn't put any marinara sauce on the sandwich. I clearly asked for it and it was on my receipt. The sandwich was dry and the bread was hard. I tossed the sandwich in the trash.
