I was letting my bf know what i wanted from potbelly as I had just sat down with my dog and set all of my belongings down on 10/07/2025 at 5:50pm not even five seconds had passed when an employee ran outside to tell us we could only sit if we were eating there with a very unwelcoming tone. I decided to eat somewhere else because of that. Never eating here.
Got a $7 chili bowl with onion and this 3/4 full container with no onion is what I received. Absolute rip off. I havent been in a decade so maybe this is the new norm but Ill save my money next time.
Showed up a little early so I sat down and waited 10 minutes for my pickup order, only to find out my food had been sitting on the counter for 5 minutes already while I just sat there and they never said anything to me
The customer service is top notch. Thank you Andersonville, Potbelly!!!
Potbelly’s on Andersonville is one of the best locations, as a security guard I wasn’t able to pickup my order, but thanks to the great costumer service they were able to get it to me here at U.S Bank. Thanks team
