I ordered one sandwich and was told it would take 5–7 minutes, but I ended up waiting 45 minutes. The staff was rude and unhelpful when I asked about my order. The sandwich didn’t taste good, and it was prepared without gloves, which was very concerning. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place.
I placed an order through Uber eats for a meatball sub. The didn't put any marinara sauce on the sandwich. I clearly asked for it and it was on my receipt. The sandwich was dry and the bread was hard. I tossed the sandwich in the trash.
Joy and Jackie provided excellent service. Highly recommended this Potbelly !!!
