Great place, and the staff especially Victoria was friendly and very welcoming, made all things very quickly, and created a great atmosphere. Big respect to her!
Axel was very professional and fast. Great customer service! No wait at all on Sunday 😊

April 20th 2026 did a online order for me an co-workers !!! Which was not right when the food finally arrived. The sandwiches was not right. They look sad and dry so I called and I was told that their ingredients didn’t come in on the truck. So why are customers not being told what they don’t have even if it’s online that was $51 wasted I only ate the cookie!!! See pictures and receipt below look at the receipt and the sandwich don’t add up!!!
S/O to both the staff ladies here at Potbelly for their hard work. Very much appreciated their time.
