I used to live by this location and would constantly eat here for lunch and dinner, so it saddens me to see how far it’s fallen in such a short amount of time. The prices is high so you’d expect a level of customer service to also be pretty high, but that’s not the case. The constant racism towards customers and trying to hide it by speaking in spanish is insane. Then just waiting to get my food takes so long. Every time you order online you still have to wait an additional 15-20 minutes for your order. Needs better time management especially if you place an order at 11AM and your pick up time is set for 12pm.
Let’s start by saying Joe was amazing! He actually had great customer service and I was satisfied with my order leaving out with my delicious Chili Mac! He made a beautiful and delicious sandwich! Marta was very friendly and kind as well at the register.
The shift leader Martha is racist. She says racist comments in spanish about her employees/ coworkers. While waiting in line I overheard her and was appalled. There was another incident when I heard her talking rudely to one of the employees at the register and had to tell her that wasn’t how you’re supposed to talk to your workers and she couldn’t be bothered. The location is nice but I believe something should be done about her attitude towards her coworkers.
