Food was awesome, staff was super kind, had never been before but absolutely better than subway/other sandwich spots

What a great experience! It was my first time to this Potbelly location but I will definitely return in the future. That day I was in a bad mood, you know one of them days. I'm so sorry if I came across as rude in the beginning. The employee at the register greeted me and had so much patience with me, her positive energy and kindness made my mood instantly better.
