We love the sandwiches and the friendly, helpful staff. We routinely drive the 30 mile round trip to eat here.
Almost every time I have been in this store, I have observed people being treated with such disrespect. I love the sandwiches and food so much, but I do not want it coming with a side of senior citizens being treated poorly because they cannot hear well. OR if someone has not been there before, they should not be made to feel like an idiot. If you do not want to serve customers, do not go into the customer service industry. I would not let me parents come here.
I love potbelly but some of the employees attitudes are trash . Why come to work if you don’t want to work . This is the second time that my sandwich has been made horribly with a nasty attitude on the side..
