Bad. Would absolutely avoid. Tried the BLTA and the AVOturkey. $30 for two (regular [tiny]) wraps first of all. The toppings were also awful. Turkey was gamey, avocado was so hard it crunched, and the spicy peppers were so hot they chapped our lips. Do not eat here.
I've never been in a Potbelly with service this slow. The staff aren't communicating and are taking their time while the sandwiches are piling up and getting cold. Like really slow and keep asking everyone the same thing..."what did you order?" "Is this yours?" And the white lady with glasses and a do rag said "thanks for being patient" to the 4th person in front of me and "if people dont want to wait, it's not my problem if they don't get their food." Second time in this durham location and I would give the food a 5/5. The customer service was top tier by Ms.Leah! very sweet young lady with a beautiful smile, food was great and very clean environment. My family will be most definitely returning soon!!
I came in for a new sandwich spot with my siblings on sunday night, we loved the cubano and avo turkey sandwich and our french toast cookies!! And the worker which her name was “ Leah “ was so kind and friendly! 1000/10! Will absolutely be back !!
