The staff at this restaurant repeatedly pressured me to perform tasks outside a driver’s responsibilities simply picking up food. They argued with me wasting my time and even threatened to ‘call on me’ when I declined to help them with a customer card issue - that is THEIR JOB not the drivers job. This created a hostile and uncomfortable pickup experience. Today our dental office was celebrating, because our work team had reached the goals of the week. So we decided to make a lunch for the whole work team and contacted POTBELLY, to be our supplier. But? What happened? Our lunch did NOT arrive at the suggested time, we had to call several times and claim for our order to arrive. I had an amazing experience at this Potbelly location! I ordered the Smokestack Pork & Mac, which you can only get through the app, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly smoky, cheesy, and packed with flavor. The service here was just as impressive as the food. Edgar was incredibly friendly and made sure everything was perfect. Jasmine and Jackie were also great, making the whole visit even better. This is by far the best Potbelly I’ve been to, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
