Went during BOGO. It was wild. A lot of frustrated people but the staff handled it so well. Especially Josue, Edgar and the woman who was starting the sandwiches (missed her name). Always amazes me when people don’t have enough patience to wait an extra 10 minutes after wasting 4 hours of their day on social media. Do better. The staff did.
My sandwich was classic Potbelly turkey & Swiss. The tomatoes were ripe which was very nice. Please paint the front doors. They look tatty.
I buy a bag of oatmeal chocolate chip mini cookies regularly, and I’m frustrated with your “Baked fresh daily” ad on the cookie bag when they are often day-old. I have to ask each time prior to buying them to find out which ones are baked that day. Sometimes they are marked with a number to indicate the day of the week, but sometimes not. Today, I was told none were made fresh that day but still selling for full price. If not made fresh, they should be half-off the price, just as bakeries do.
Pot Belly is an alternative to many of the sub shops around, their sandwiches are a bit smaller than the others but they're good. I asked for sautéed onions with my roast beef but very little was added. Their shakes are made the old-fashioned method that you can actually drink thru a straw.
The employees are always nice and friendly. The sandwiches are really good. Just tried the cinnamon churro shake yesterday and it was delicious.
