The lady working the night shift was so kind!
Usually, I love the food but this place can never get my order right or on time. First try they completely missed the instructions and delivered me plain grilled chicken n cheddar with only chicken and cheddar on it and no other ingredients. Second attempt, I call during busy time, they take my order, they don’t ask for my name, and hang up before I finished talking. Terrible experience. We stopped here yesterday after running errands. I haven’t had potbelly in years. Poor customer service. On top of that I am so sick right now after eating at this establishment. I’m pretty sure it is food poisoning. Thanks sooooo much…Stay away from this place.
This is my first time ever eating at a potbelly. I didn’t know what to order. The staff made a great recommendation for a chicken with sweet heat barbecue. I must say for the first time it was really really good restaurant was clean and staff was very very accommodating and friendly definitely would recommend and definitely would come back.
