Ruby was disengaged and distracted while talking. Brian was ignoring me, and threw my sandwich on the counter. Extremely disappointed and feel disrespected by Brian’s leadership and incompetence.
The team at this location went above and beyond to resolve an issue with a large order and were so nice about it!
Food is great. However I understand it’s Christmas Eve, but when your sign says you close at 7pm and it is 6:45 and you refuse to serve people “because you’re closed” but still during open hours with your open sign on it is not okay. If you’re closed. Change the time on your sign and turn the open sign off.
