The food here is good I can't complain. But the workers seem to have a hard time with making a half roast beef/half turkey sandwich. This is the second time where I had issues with this. Per the manager, they said they put 4oz of meat on a sandwich. I asked for half roast beef and half turkey. Instead of putting 2 oz of roast beef and 2 oz of turkey, the employee put 4 oz of each, totaling to 8 oz of meat on my sandwich. Therefore, the manager charged me for double meat. The worst part was finding parking. I could see this shop becoming my go-to sandwich shop, ahead of one more local to me.
Just got home with my order. My wreck has half the amount of meat than usual. I ordered wheat bread but got white. My chili bowl was only filled 3/4. Finally, service was terrible. Do not visit this location. There are much better other ones! **Reply to owner** There's nothing to investigate or discuss. You failed as an establishment and I'm not going to waste more time helping you. You now have, at least, one less customer.
I saw the manager acting extremely rude to what looked like a delivery driver. He refused to give him the order and started yelling at the driver. Definitely never eating here again, what a disgrace.
