I went there for the first time on labor day. Decor is nice. I approached the counter and was somewhat confused by the menu and accidentally said Avo Burger instead of Avo Turkey. Dave is an asset to this location! Been eating potbellys for years but never had service provided like they do in the forum. (Its always good but this was great). Ran into this location specifically a bunch of times but today I came in with my kids, he insisted we sit down to get them settled. He came and took our order and everything was great, even checked in on us. Its small gestures like that mean a lot to families juggling a lot being out. The food is absolutely wonderful and I would definitely come back for another sandwich. Ordered the Italian, the wreak and the Cubano. But. The two workers definitely left a bad taste. They were dismissive and when we told them about a table being dirty and if we could have a rag to wipe it down (which we didnt mind doing) they told us there are other tables we could just sit at. We get it but we also dont mind cleaning a table that we specifically want.
My experience has improved therefore it’s only right to address my positive experience as I did my negative one. GM & team thanks for going above & beyond to ensure my visits have been pleasant
Our first time ordering sandwiches from this restaurant and it is a huge difference in comparison to subway! We ordered via the app and both of our sandwiches were correct. Kinda regret not eating inside because the place was so clean and nicely decorated when I came to pickup our order! I highly recommend this place!
