I used to come in all the time but one of the employees is rude and dismissive. This guy has gotten worse every time I come in and Sunday was the last time I will be to this location. He disrespected my wife and was rude to me and my child the only reason I didn't cause a scene was because my wife got between me and this guy. If this guy doesn't like the public or his job he needs to go somewhere else before he says or does something to the wrong one.

This place is the best to get a sandwich and the people are AMAZING and that’s putting it lightly!! They really care about their customers and it shows. 10/10 experience I will be back thank yall so much for yalls kindness!🥰

I went there for the first time on labor day. Decor is nice. I approached the counter and was somewhat confused by the menu and accidentally said Avo Burger instead of Avo Turkey. The guy cutting bread responded back like I was an idiot for saying it wrong. He asked the size and I told him. Then came the part where I had a bread choice. Again, I get the duh attitude. Dave is an asset to this location! Been eating potbellys for years but never had service provided like they do in the forum. (Its always good but this was great). Ran into this location specifically a bunch of times but today I came in with my kids, he insisted we sit down to get them settled. He came and took our order and everything was great, even checked in on us. Its small gestures like that mean a lot to families juggling a lot being out. The food is absolutely wonderful and I would definitely come back for another sandwich. Ordered the Italian, the wreak and the Cubano. But. The two workers definitely left a bad taste. They were dismissive and when we told them about a table being dirty and if we could have a rag to wipe it down (which we didnt mind doing) they told us there are other tables we could just sit at. We get it but we also dont mind cleaning a table that we specifically want.
