The food was very good I ordered the street corn chicken sandwich and the person taking my order was srinity she was very nice and helpful and kind, the other person who checked my order out was also very kind i didn’t catch her name unfortunately but I will be back!
I used to love coming here, came with my girlfriend a couple times and loved the sandwiches, always ordered them with extra seasoning. Because who doesn't love a spicy deli sandwich? Soups were always hitting. I tried the shake and it wasnt really to my liking but my girlfriend loved it so it was still a win in my book, just a little too thick for my liking. The manager Marissa and her team did a phenomenal job with our young adults in the transition program. Each one placed their order, told their toppings and paid at the register. They were kind, patience and accommodating to each and every one of them. Thank you for such a positive experience!
I have been going to Potbelly for years, but first visit to this store. In short the food is delicious as always. Very high quality and made to perfection. The people there are wonderful and provide great service. My only issue with Potbelly in general is the cost. They are very expensive. The larger "A Wreck" sandwich is $13.40, a small cup of soup is $5, chips and a small drink is $4.40. With tax and a moderate tip, I was out the door for $26.90. it took them 20 min to make my grilled cheese and my food sat there and they wouldn’t give it to me. i ordered 10 minutes then they took 15 minutes to make it in the store.
