Zero stars, definitely not up to the Potbelly brand here..will short your order, and be mad at you for interrupting their conversation because you want to buy something
always mess up order
The to go online ordering is horrible. Missing half my ingredients. Never again
Sandwiches are good, but service terrible, went here and it wasnt busy and waited like 10 minutes, employees were behind the counter didnt even noticed me, waited in line nobody said a thing, I left and another costumer came in, I dont know if they were taken care of.. same thing happended on the fairfax location. I hope they do something with the springfield location.
The need to fire the workers. Dropped by here on Friday night at 8:56 to order, one was hanging out with friends while they ate and the other 2 workers had the doors locked and were cleaning tables and shutting down an hour early. My son knocked several times and they purposely avoided eye contact and laughed. Chairs started getting stuck on tables as we drove away. Clearly they have plans tonight and making you money isn’t one of them!
