I always have the best experience here. The food and service are always top tier! Jessica is always smiling and happy to help. If I could give 10 stars for customer service, Id give it to Jessica.
Terrible experience. I got my usual mamas meatball, and was nothing but disappointed. The food was cold and soggy and overall not enjoyable. On top of the bad food was the wait. I dont mind waiting as that is everywhere you go, but 30 minutes of waiting when 2 other people were in the building was ridiculous. The young lady who “helped” me, vida was also not enjoyable as she was rude and pushy the whole time I was ordering. Calling a customer incompetent is extremely rude.
