My coworkers and I stopped in today for lunch. Normally never have an issue here, however this was not a good experience. Only a few people were in the store at the time and we ordered fairly quickly. However while waiting to have the order fulfilled and checking out, the store quickly filled up and we noticed the back counter was filled with online orders. 3 stars bc when I go at night everything is running smoothly, the person managing it for the lunch rush doesn't know how to properly delegate bodies to serve all forms of customer. Online orders and deliveries are put aside in favor or large orders, when I reality a team member should be assigned to deal with the smaller orders while the team overall completes larger orders.
