I come to this Potbelly often and this experience wasn't the best at all. Soon as I walked in the two workers looked irritated didn't speak or anything, I understand they had one person before me and was working on a larger order I know how it goes my Wife use to manage this location. Wow had no plans to stop here but glad i did great experience
So good! I’ve never left a review before but this place really impressed me.
Get rid of online orders! It was me and 4 other people in the whole store, didnt even get a look. just rifled through online orders while the actual customers who arent lazy come in for there food. customers in the store should always come first!
I’m really really sad! Potbelly is my favorite and the order I had today was terrible. The cookie was old/stale, the bread was stale and the avocado was brown/inedible. I’m disappointed because I raved about this place to others.
