Went in a couple days ago for a meatball sub. Place was empty and I walked right up to order. The lady then informed me she couldn't sell meatballs at the counter and I would have to order online. I thought she was joking but she literally refused to serve me. I left my phone charging at the hotel so I couldn't even oblige this stupid ass scenario so I left and went down the road. Dumbest shit ever. Do better
When you put an inexperienced teen as the "manager," you get an impatient, rude and incompetent employee. She and another co-worker are clearly miserable in their job there (the store is empty, but no greeting). If someone arrives early for an order, just cancel it and make it then. Should be simple. Ordered a meatball sub onine for a pickup order. Left work and picked it up and when I got back to work it did not have marinara sauce on the meatball sub. I called and was told they knew it didnt, it was made without it, because a large catering order came in and took up the marinara. So they made a sandwich incorrectly - let me pick it up - without even telling me. I could have ordered something different.
