Great sandwiches
Even though my food was in the warmer/toaster, my cheddar cheese chicken sandwich was extremely cold in the middle, like it came out the freezer. Very disgusting. I use to come once a week.
Very warm environment, southern hospitality was great, my daughters and I are definitely fans
I ordered the chicken cheddar club. I asked the person making the sandwich to preheat the chicken he didn’t. The chicken was lukewarm and had no flavor. It tasted old. I threw away $15. The nerve these businesses have to ask for a tip! Hers a tip, provide better service s and better tasting food.
Have been going to Potbelly’s since 1977 on Lincoln Avenue. Have supported the concept for over 40 years. Was never treated so disrespectfully than today at the mall. The manager certainly missed the definition of being a mangager. People were not taking there orders. The manager was screaming through the restaurant that he never wanted to see my face again. It was horrific. Will never step near this location again. The manager was rude with everyone. And shocked Potbellys would let a person such as this in charge of a unit.
