My friends and I went here like a week ago for take out, really enjoyed the food and everything was simple.
My order was placed at wrong store.the employees there went above and beyond 8/29 4p.called the other store to save me a trip and made my meal there.I appreciate the great customer service.That made my day.
The best Potbelly's in the WI!
I like your food, but your Customer Service is not good. I just tried to order food by going to the order line. Wanted 5 minutes to be helped. No one comes. A woman comes in and goes to where you pay and gets helped immediately. I just left. Guess you don't want my business.
