Always loved potbelly’s. My experience with JOSH tonight showed my why. Great food, great conversation even in the few minutes of making a sandwich and quick service Hands down the best sandwich shop chain!
Food is delicious. Line moved quickly. Good prices. Iced Tea is really good.
I’ve been to this location twice. Each time, Alaina provided the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Completely non-verbal the entire time and acted like I was an inconvenience to her. I won’t be back.
The manager I think Shirley is her name she’s always very nice and has positive energy! We need more ppl like her
