I went into this Potbelly's tonight, I got the best service I've ever received at a fast food joint. All employees working were beyond kind, and we had some good conversations. Going to make this place a must-stop, every time I'm in Kenosha.
☆☆☆☆ Absolutely ridiculous experience. I come here all the time and have never had an experience like this before. There were several new faces working, and it was very clear they either weren’t trained properly or had no idea what was going on, so I don't entirely blame just them... However, I ordered a BLTA and asked for extra mayo. Instead, I was given a sandwich that was basically just mayo and bacon. Been here a couple times now for lunch and they are fairly quick inside. Food is solid for a quick bite. I usually do the pick your pair and their chicken pot pie soup is surprisingly good. Overall a decent experience every time I've been.
