Chili Mac is excellent
Ordered something for pick up and I had to sit Behind someone in the drive-through for over 10 minutes to get my order. I don’t understand what the point of picking up something through the drive-through is if I have to wait longer than I would’ve if I’d just gone inside and ordered it . Then when I got to the window despite acting like had my order ready at the speaker it was not in fact ready and they had to go on an adventure to look for it. I'm not a huge fan of Potbellys but like the shakes went yesterday the front door was locked and hr before closing and drive through was only accepting Door Dash and app orders how horrible it was

I had a great experience at this location today. Nicole provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and made sure my order was handled with care.
