Whoever designed your new restaurant does not understand the meaning of PUT THROUGH!! The amount of time it takes to order and receive your food is ridiculous. Please higher someone that understand how to design a QSR restaurant
It was so challenging to bring a child with allergies to eat at this location. There are always work around but not with this location. Just needed tuna for a kids meal.
Ordered ham and Swiss. Where is the ham? This is turkey with bacon on it… we initially gaslighted ourselves to thinking they changed their meats. Nope. We were wrong for giving benefit of the doubt. Did the survey before I got my food so I couldn’t update it.
The food is edible... Maybe... That's where the good news ends. This is the worst Potbellys I have ever tasted. I wouldn't be surprised if the chicken wasn't raw. I ordered everything seemed fine then I saw the lady prepared the sandwiches by first removing all of the bread but leaving the crust. That's not normal. I ignored that however I couldn't ignore the fact that I ordered a practically pre made sandwich with the works and somehow it taste worst than any other potbelly.. How???
