This place needs to be SHUT DOWN. I ordered a Avo chicken wrap and inside of my wrap was a huge plastic paper. I called the shop to discuss the matter with a manager and the " shift lead" answers the call and forgets what the term CUSTOMER SERVICE is. In fact he was rude and more than likely NOT a shift lead. I will going back into the restaurant to discuss this matter in person. Hopefully this staff member is fired.
I came here at 9pm and requested two sandwiches. After waiting I realized he made one, I informed him at 9:06 I asked for two. He says they’re closing and he can’t make another one. If it was a mistake on my behalf I would understand, but for his poor listening skills and then unwillingness to fix his error is crazy . I don’t even write reviews but they close at 10pm! It made no sense.
6 oz of meat on a giant sub? Enough said.
Horrible customer service at this particular location! I go this location a lot since it’s closed to my house. But I think I will have to stop going there. They have messed up my order many times and I don’t really complain however this time. I picked up my order got home and saw the main ingredient on 3 of my sandwiches is missing. Michelle is amazing and truly cares about her customer service skills. She always makes sure our food is fresh and made quickly. I love their shakes and sandwich’s. Talk about excellent service give this woman a raise if she hasn’t already gotten one.
