I ordered online and showed up to pick up my food. The bag was a mess and taped together haphazardly. Before I walked out I got a bad feeling and decided to open the bag. My wife ordered a vegetable soup and sandwich, the soup had ZERO BROTH in it. It was literally filled with a spoon full of mushy vegetables. The container was not even half full. Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff was rude, dismissive, and acted like customers were a burden. There was no effort to communicate or even be polite. Completely unacceptable. Management needs to step in and fix this, because this level of service will drive people away.
Sandwich was cold and had a ridiculous amount of mayo on it.
Fresh sandwiches and delicious soup! Convenient hours, with friendly staff.
Walnut chicken salad and chocolate shake. Both were fantastic!!!
