It’s pretty tasty most of the time. They’ve been out of chicken pot pie soup several times recently,,that’s a huge bummer. Disappointing to receive cheesy broccoli soup as a substitute. It is no where near as good as the pot pie soup. Needless to say I have favorites and am very sad when those items are not available for whatever reason.
I love this place. Very good subs, not like the other sub places. So good.
My son and I each got a combo. They didn’t have the toppings and had to make them(grilled onions) then the sandwiches were barely cut in half. Plus our bill for 2 sandwiches was $35
On a recent trip through the drive-thru, I had a miscommunication about my order (my fault), and upon getting home I realized that my sandwich had some toppings on it that I cannot have for health reasons. I called the shop to see what my options were, and the team was very kind and professional and were willing to make me a new sandwich. I really appreciate the friendly service and how the team made sure I was taken care of!
So my family and I order once-twice a week give or take via online and pickup drive thru. In the order my sandwich comes to me wrapped and cut but cut with a dirty knife my sandwich should not have lettuce and some kind of red sauce. I order a prime rib sandwich no onion. It’s very distasteful to not cut the sandwich’s with a different knife or please clean it thank you!
