I love Potbelly Sandwiches, anytime I choose to eat here my sandwich is always made perfectly. My go to is the Prime Steak sandwich with extra garlic aioli, add hot peppers combo with original Zapps kettle chips. I’d definitely recommend this sandwich shop to anyone in the area.
Recently tried the Potbelly in Holland for the first time. Can say with a smile that I won’t be back as they absolutely butchered my pizza melt sandwich. Tried to make it easier by ordering online and taking some mushrooms off and replacing them with bacon. Obviously that was too much for them as they literally put two slices of pepperoni, one slice of cheese, a dab of marinara sauce, no bacon, and mushrooms. Paid $8 for a sandwich that was the quality of 50 cents. Thanks Potbelly!
Been a customer for 5+ years food is great but pricey. Cashier got smart with me when I didn’t leave a tip on $17 dollar sandwich. I’ve left plenty of tips in the past but never will again after the cashier acted like a petulant child.
