This place cannot get an order right. And if you plan on ordering doordash, I wouldn't do it. We ordered 2 sandwiches and were missing one. Our entire order was 4 items and we received 2 of them.
I ordered from UberEats and I forgot to add toppings to my sub. So I tried to call the store immediately after ordering to add toppings. I tried calling 3 times and no one answered. Will not order again from this location due to lack of customer service and poor management.
I really appreciated the team at this store. My fiancé and I visited, and I let them know that I have an allergy. They cleaned everything up before making my sandwich, which I was really thankful for! Thank you to everyone there. The food was incredible!
I've enjoyed Potbelly sandwich shop, and find this location to be clean, convenient, and comfortable. It is also reasonably priced for the quantity and quality of the food. It is a great choice for lunch or dinner, with a movie or a walk around the lake.
