I'm not happy that this place closed down because it's one of my favorite places to eat. They keep closing stuff in my area that I like and it's making me think they are never going to come back because they keep opening stores I don't want! I really like Potbelly a lot and I prefer it over Bland Subway.
I went there for lunch today and it's closed, closed. The sign is removed from the front and it's not in operation.
Marcus Hatch is a poor example of a leader. He has no clue what customer service looks like. I will never do business with Potbelly again based upon our interaction. Spending at these outlets will cease in at least 3 states. Someone in corporate needs to find his replacement. He attempted to call the other day after my complaint on the corporate site.
Bre was awesome! I added peppers to my sandwich not realizing they had a couple different kinds and got some that i wasn’t expecting. I went up to re order without peppers and explained it was totally my fault since it was my first time eating here. She was super kind about the whole thing and got it remade for me really quick despite there being a decent lunch rush happening.
