Bre was awesome! I added peppers to my sandwich not realizing they had a couple different kinds and got some that i wasn’t expecting. I went up to re order without peppers and explained it was totally my fault since it was my first time eating here. She was super kind about the whole thing and got it remade for me really quick despite there being a decent lunch rush happening. First time at a potbelly and not impressed. Sandwiches were ok but seemed overpriced. None of the workers seemed like they wanted to be there - not friendly at all. Probably won't return next time we visit
Everytime I come to KC from Vt I eat here! Incredible bread. Love the meats and fresh vegetables! If you love a hot sandwhich this is the place. Friendly staff very clean.
Sandwich was great as always but big shout out to Marcus, Bre, and Journey. Super friendly staff, makes it enjoyable to eat here!
