The lady that toke care of me I’m pretty sure was the manager very rude the whole time even my wife noticed she was very unprofessional she scolded one of the employees front of everyone . Also asked about my receipt and she complained that she already threw it away, even though she didn’t ask me if I wanted my receipt or asked me about the reward perks. I do have her name if you want more information the owner want to Contact me .
Staff are rude as hell soon as I walked in it was a man with a Long beard rude he was extremely hostile. I required to the manager. She didn’t care at all.
Lol.. didn't have what I ordered at night then didn't even refund me. Lol. I work in service and even I have never pulled that one.
My wife had spoken highly of PB for years. We decided to rekindler her fond memories and stopped to grab some Sammies for a picnic. I had never been, so my curiosity was leading the charge. The ordering UX (user experience) was darn good. Service was efficient, not all that friendly, I wasn't there to make new friends. Just wanted two rekindled deelish sammies.
