We placed an order for a group work lunch, and the whole process was excellent! It was easy to work with the staff and they helped guide us on making a small catering order to make it easier for placing the group order. They were quick to deliver and the food was on point Also, they left a handwritten note that made the whole experience very memorable. Thank you for a great experience!
The best service I’ve ever received at a restaurant- so friendly, nice conversation and the food was great as always.
I am not one to ever leave a bad review so this will be the first. Worst experience ever. Had a mobile order scheduled for pick up. Me and my sister stood there for 5 minutes while they had a conversation after making direct eye contact with us and not acknowledging us. This potbelly is run great by Shelby and team, team members smiling and actually looking at you to tell you have a great weekend, not just handing off the sandwich. Great place.
