This potbelly is run great by Shelby and team, team members smiling and actually looking at you to tell you have a great weekend, not just handing off the sandwich. Great place.
First choice for a sub
Ordered through the app for pickup next morning, received confirmation # on app + email confirmation. When I got to the store they told me the order did not get through, did not offer to still give me the same deal or anything like that even though I wasted my time to come to the store and had an already placed order. Will think twice before giving them my business again.
Not the potbelly I usually go to but, we visit it once a year on our way up to Wi. I have to say, they consistently have some of the best sandwiches of any potbelly I've been too. Very friendly staff as well. There was a bit of smoke in the air this time because they were cooking a bunch of bacon but it wasn't over whelming or anything. We still will keep this as a stop on our yearly trip.
I recommend just ordering in person. Skip ordering g ahead on the app. The service takes so much longer that way.
