Very clean location
I love potbelly but I wouldn’t recommend this location, there’s nothing wrong with the quality or freshness with the food but it’s the 2nd time at this location the guy behind the counter was cutting pickles for other orders and adds my toppings, folds and cuts my sandwich with the same knife and gloves. There’s nothing unsanitary about it but it just left my sandwich tasting too acidic for my liking.
Got the blta. Bacon was good but honestly the most pathetic sandwich. Barely any lettuce or tomato. Very bready sandwich
I love the sandwiches, but I don’t recommend this location. The woman (who may have been the manager) was very rude to others and myself. First, I walked in and it took quite a few minutes before I was acknowledged. While waiting, I saw someone ask if there were utensils in their to-go bag. The woman told her they are on the very bottom, turned around and blatantly rolled her eyes. After a couple more minutes, they asked if I had a to-go order. I said yes and gave my name.
