I love potbelly sandwich’s, so I go often. Only at this location do they mess up my order. I’m not sure if it’s drive through has a hard time hearing what I’m asking for on my order as I add a few toppings perhaps it’s gets miscommunicated. There’s been 2 instances I got my sandwich made wrong though. The first time I asked for my usual which is Italian with hot pepper chips, but instead of getting hot pepper chips, I got hot peppers on my sandwich. HORRIBLE walked in not even acknowledged the lady was filling other orders so i go to restroom come back she helped 2 others ,im the only one standing there still no acknowledgement even after handing the order to the guy that was in front of me.And walked off & went to do something else.I will never come here again....
October 18, 2025 @ 2:19 am. I asked management not to leave a generic, scripted response. They did it anyways. October 15, 2025 @ 2:16 pm. I always go through the drive-thru. When I pulled up, Mari, said they were not taking in drive-thru orders. So I asked if I could go in, she said yes. Walked in, zero customers in the restaurant. ZERO. I placed a catering order with this establishment 4-5 days prior to pick up. I called BEFORE I placed the order to see if they were able to accommodate us because of how important time management was for this. They assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem and they would have it ready. I called three more times (between placing the order and the day it needed to be done) to MAKE SURE the order was able to be prepared for pick up by 11.
