This location gave me terrible food and terrible service, which sucks, because I’ve been a Potbelly fan for 20 years or so. I was the only person in the restaurant, yet it took 15+ minutes to make 1 sandwich, as they repeatedly put drive through and delivery orders ahead of mine while I stood there and waited. Then, they charged me for my food, told me it didn’t go through (I had proof that it did), and charged me again with a “promise” that I would be refunded. Two sandwich orders both messed up. Wrong sizes on both, missing avocado, produce tasted with unwashed or bad. The tall boy working spoke very softly making it very hard to hear him over all the noise.
